Marco A. Vazquez, LEED GA, CSI-CDT
Marco has been practicing architecture since graduating from the University of Autonoma Metropolitana of Mexico City in 1995. He has 17 years of professional experience, 11 years in the U.S. and 6 years in Mexico.
Vazquez has many years of experience developing projects from conceptual design up to construction administration. He has worked developing proposals, construction documents, permit sets and construction administration for single family, town houses, multi-family projects with 300+ units per building, luxurious residences with high end finishes, and variety of exterior finishes in several developments in Mexico, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Marco’s relevant projects include HSBC Bank headquarters building in Mexico City; World Plaza and New World Plaza corporate buildings in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City; Ballston Quarter Building in Virginia; Port Imperial Building 11 in New Jersey; Square 769 residential development in Washington, DC; Summer House residential development in Connecticut; Water Tower Apartments in Baltimore, MD; and New Zealand Embassy in Mexico City.
At Shinberg.Levinas, Marco has contributed to numerous school projects, including Rocketship Public Charter School campuses at Raynolds Place and Alabama Avenue in Washington, DC.
